Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone or iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Rienly → Cancel subscription. On Android (Polar): open Rienly → Settings → Manage subscription → opens the Polar customer portal where you can cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep premium access until then.
How do I request a refund?
iOS refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Polar (Android) refunds: email hello@rienly.com and we'll process it.
How do I delete my account?
In-app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Erases every row tied to your account. If you've lost access to the app and need us to delete server-side, email hello@rienly.com from the address on the account.
My GPS trip didn't record correctly.
Background location requires the "Always" permission on iOS and "Allow all the time" on Android — without it, the OS stops feeding points to the app when the screen locks. Check System Settings → Rienly → Location. If permissions are correct and trips still drop, email us with the date + approximate route and we'll dig in.
